Anna Szkoda was born 1982 in Tychy, Poland. She lives and works as a freelance photographer in Berlin. After receiving a diploma degree in Sociology at University of Leipzig she began to study documentary and artistic photography at Ostkreuzschule für Fotografie in Berlin. Currently she is attending the graduation class of Prof. Linn Schröder. Her photographical work has been published in different Magazines (e.g. art – Das Kunstmagazin, renk. Magazine, Bilderzeitung) and been shown in various exhibitions. She was part of different national and international photographical projects. Her work was hosted by the Goethe Institut London, the Klaus Stemmler Foundation or the Gesellschaft für internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ).
